The MerMade-6 Oligonucleotide synthesizer is designed to synthesize DNA, RNA & LNA oligonucleotides in a column format using standard or modified chemistries. The Mermade-6 is ideal for a lab requiring a few oligos/day and those who are looking to replace their old four column synthesizers. The machine comes with a 6 column configuration (Expandable to 12 columns ) and is capable of making a combination of standard, degenerate, and modified oligos in the same run with scales varying from 50nmole to 200umole. Progress can be monitored with the click of a mouse using in line trityl monitors on all columns. Synthesis time depends on chemistry and desired product quality but a typical run time is less than 2 hours for 6 columns of 20mers. This machine is flexible and expandable to meet your future oligonucleotide synthesis requirements..
