The MerMade 48X Oligonucleotide synthesizer is designed to synthesize DNA, RNA & LNA oligonucleotides in a column format using standard or modified chemistries. The 48X can synthesize 48 oligos in less than 2 hours, producing a very high quality product with very minimal reagent usage. This instrument is ideally suited for those who need a fast synthesizer that is still capable of producing high quality oligos with the ability to synthesize oligos with extensive modifications.  The MM48X has 4 plates of 12 oligos that can each produce oligos at different scale utilizing different chemistries.   The synthesizer allows for hot swapping plates as they complete to enable continuous operation.  With up to 20 monomer ports and 9 ancillary reagents the 48X can be configured to synthesize all types of chemistries up to 5umole scale.  Please contact our Sales department for pricing (Sales@BioAutomation.com).
